This Sweat Band is only to be used during workouts. You’ll get that snatched and also help you promote sweat! this sweat band trainer isn’t uncomfortable to use during your workouts or your walks outside. You’ll wear this one during your workouts and immediately wear our famous ASHDOLL waist trainer in order to get that snatched waist . It is recommended you wear the other waist trainer for about 5-8 hours daily. DONT sleep in it. Also don’t wear it if you’re pregnant or experience any abdominal issues.
