s-4xl all waist trainers come with a free extender for more space in case you may need it. Additional extenders can be purchased depending on your torso size please count the hooks. Short torso has 16 hooks , long torso has 18 hooks💗

waist trainers with no vest has the same coverage but in case you like the vest better we have both options 💗
