Waist Trainer Information

We offer two torso lengths to ensure the best fit for your body:

• Short Torso: 16 hooks
• Long Torso: 18 hooks

✨ Styles Available

• Full Upper Body Vest Waist Trainer 💗
• Standard Waist Trainer (no vest) – same coverage, just without the vest style.

✨ Sizing

• Sizes currently available: S–4XL
• Every waist trainer includes a FREE extender for additional room if needed.
• Additional extenders may be purchased separately.

👉 Please note: Sweat band trainers run tighter than waist trainers because they have less elasticity. Always size up for the sweat band trainer. Waist trainers will gradually stretch with wear.

Care Instructions

To extend the life of your waist trainer, please follow these care guidelines:

1. Use a mild, neutral detergent.
2. Wash with water below 30°C (86°F).
3. Hand wash only – do not machine wash or dry clean.
4. Hang dry naturally – do not wring, tumble dry, or expose to direct sunlight.
5. For spot cleaning, use a towel or soft brush with detergent to gently wipe.

⚠️ Incorrect cleaning methods may shorten the lifespan of your waist trainer. Please wash with care.
