Our waist trainers are designed to fit both short and long torsos. Each trainer is crafted with 100% high-quality latex material and includes a FREE extender with every purchase.
📏 Torso Lengths:
- Long Torso: 35 cm & above
- Short Torso: Below 35 cm
Both options provide full coverage—choosing the correct torso length ensures comfort and the best fit.
⚠️ Important: If you have a short torso, purchasing a long torso trainer will feel uncomfortable. Please measure carefully before placing your order.

Please measure your waist to ensure the best fit.
- S: 23–26 in
- M: 29–32 in
- L: 33–36 in
- XL: 37–40 in
- XXL: 40–42 in
- XXXL: 43–44 in
- 4XL: 45–48 in
- 5XL: 48–53 in
- 6XL: 53–60 in
👉 For best results: Size up if you’re unsure. Do not size down.
👉 Sweat band trainers also run snug—please size up for those as well.
Example Fit: I personally wear a Medium waist trainer (no extender) and a Large sweat band trainer (no extender).
You may purchase additional extenders if needed for a longer wear life.

🧼 Care Instructions
To keep your waist trainer in excellent condition:
- Use a mild, neutral detergent.
- Wash in water below 30°C (86°F).
- Hand wash only — do not machine wash or dry clean.
- Hang dry naturally — do not wring, tumble dry, or leave in direct sunlight.
- Use a towel or soft brush with detergent for gentle cleaning.
⚠️ Incorrect washing will shorten the lifespan of your waist trainer. Please follow these steps carefully.
